€500 non-refundable deposit.
For cancellations:
- 8 weeks before date of arrival full refund due less non refundable deposit
- 4 - 8 weeks prior to date of arrival a 40% refund of balance paid, less non-refundable deposit
- 2 - 4 weeks prior to date of arrival a 60% refund of balance paid, less non-refundable deposit
- 2 weeks or less, no refund due
- all cancellations incur a €75 administration fee

Responsibility
Hotel Leone will not assume responsibility for any loss or damage of personal effects or for any injury or loss during the tours or excursions organised for your itinerary. Hotel Leone is not liable for any loss, damage or injury caused by strike, war, weather, quarantine, sickness, government restrictions or regulations or any other causes over which we have no control.

Hotel Leone strongly recommends that you have travel insurance to cover the cost of any unforeseen emergency, damage to or loss of baggage, cancellation or sickness. If any participant becomes ill or incapacitated, Hotel Leone may take action to preserve the safety of the person at the participants expense.
