The Wonders of Watercolour with Terry Jarvis

Join us and Terry Jarvis from 28th June – 5th July 2024 on a week-long Painting Holiday in Central Italy

We will paint the mood and atmosphere of one of the most beautiful areas of Italy in the wonderful medium of Watercolour.

From the Medieval villages to the sweeping landscapes, to the intimate corners and places that reflect this beautiful part of the world!

We will capture it all in a fantastic 5 days , creating memories, and developing your craft of watercolour painting along the way.

The course will include:

• Marks we make, how we make those marks, and where they fit within a painting
• Drawing, Perspective, Composition, Temperature, Edges, and Tonal Values are just some of the skills that will be developed
• Painting En Plein Air with all of it’s challenges and Joys will be explained and experienced

• 1 free day (lunch not included) with the option to take an excursion to the beautiful town of Ascoli Piceno, a Renaissance town full of history as well as fabulous boutique shops, charming cafes and one of Italy’s most beautiful piazzas
