The Empire Bar
The Empire Bar, at the heart of the hotel, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere whatever the time of day. Designed in Art Deco style with doors opening out onto the panoramic terrace it’s a great place to pull up a stool, relax and unwind after a day out exploring the area.
We can serve you afternoon tea with scones or fresh pastries or why not have a chilled glass of Prosecco whilst you graze on some olives. Madeline will be happy to suggest some of the amazing locally-produced wines to sample from our range of classic and boutique wines in our wine cellar. Of course we also have a selection of local and international beers and spirits. We are also proud to serve San Pellegrino water and a range of Illy coffee.
On the cooler days of the year there’s always a cozy fire to welcome you after a day out stretching your legs in the nearby national parks. Meet and chat with other guests, take in the big game on the large screen TV or delve into one of the many guidebooks of the area.
