1. No Smoking - there is a strict no smoking policy in our rooms. All rooms are checked on departure and if there is any sign / smell of smoke in the room you will be charged an extra €100 for the additional cleaning involved in returning the room to the fresh state it was upon arrival.
2. Parking - The management cannot accept any liability for loss or damage caused to any vehicle or its contents whilst parked in our car park.
3. Swimming Pool - There is no lifeguard on duty at our swimming pool. Children under 14 should not use the pool without having an adult in attendance. All use of the pool is at your own risk. Management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
4. Front Door Key - To be returned at the end of your stay. If not returned you will be charged a replacement fee of €40.
5. Bed Linen and Towels - We care about the environment. Working together we can save water, energy and minimise the release of detergents into the environment. With this in mind your bed linen, towels, dressing gowns and pool towels are fresh when you arrive and your room is serviced daily. For stays of more than 4 days your linen and towels will be changed midway through your stay.
