Deposit & Guarantee Policy
All reservations require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The following methods of payment are accepted as a deposit / guarantee for the room: bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
We strongly advise that you take out appropriate insurance against any circumstances that may cause you to change your arrangements.
Payments are to be made on the date(s) and in the amounts as specified at the time of booking.
Any additional charges due to Hotel Leone for services provided shall be paid by the Client upon presentation of an invoice.
Cancellation & Non-Arrival Policy
All cancellations will incur a 10% (of the total booking amount) booking and administration fee with a minimum payable of €25.
A full refund less the booking and administration fee will be given for all cancellations up to 14 days of arrival. Any cancellations made within two weeks of arrival date will result in a loss of the 25% deposit. The guest will be liable for the full cost for any cancellation made within 7 days of arrival unless the room can be resold. In the event that the guest does not arrive the guest will be liable for the full cost of the room.
When booking a special offer the terms of that special offer apply. For example, if booking the Advance Payment offer to receive a 10% discount this is non-refundable as per the terms when making the booking.
Reserved rooms are available to the guest from 3pm onwards on the day of arrival.
Rooms must be vacated no later than 11am on the day of departure. Additional charges may be applied to the guest account for later departures, the hotel may charge 50% of the full published rate of the room for additional use until 6pm and 100% of the full published rate after 6pm.
Animals are not permitted unless assisting guests with disabilities.
