Depositi e cancellazioni
Depositi – all bookings require a non-refundable deposit of €350 per person.
Ritiro garantito – 50% is due once the retreat is guaranteed. You will be notified immediately this happens and will be sent an email with a link to pay the amount within 48 hours.

Saldo finale – the remaining balance is due eight weeks before the date of arrival. If booking within the eight week period the full balance is due at the time of booking.
Assicurazione – You are required to take out appropriate travel insurance which includes cancellation protection and any circumstances which may cause you to change your arrangements. It is the responsibility of each guest to arrange this.

Annullamento da parte tua
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been made, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
This applies in all circumstances, including where your cancellation is due to events beyond your control, including but not limited to illness, injury, travel disruption, flight cancellation, government restrictions, changes in law, pandemics, natural disasters, war, threat of war, civil unrest, or any perceived or actual risk associated with travel.
We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any such circumstances. HOTEL LEONE will provide reasonable supporting documentation for insurance claims upon request.
Cancellazione da parte nostra
HOTEL LEONE reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any retreat / holiday if the minimum number of participants for the event has not been met within 60 days of the date of arrival. We will endeavour not to cancel a retreat unless absolutely necessary; however, we reserve the right to do so at our discretion.
In the event that HOTEL LEONE cancels a retreat for any reason, including insufficient participation numbers, all amounts paid will be refunded in full within 30 days of cancellation. HOTEL LEONE shall have no further liability to guests beyond the refund of amounts paid, and will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred, including (but not limited to) flights, travel arrangements or related fees.
HOTEL LEONE shall not be liable to provide refunds or compensation where cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, threat of war, civil unrest, strikes, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural disasters, fire, pandemics, government restrictions, or travel bans.
If a tutor is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness or accident, HOTEL LEONE reserves the right to substitute a suitably qualified tutor. Alternatively, HOTEL LEONE may cancel the retreat, in which case a full refund of amounts paid to HOTEL LEONE will be provided.
We strongly advise guests to purchase refundable or flexible travel tickets and appropriate travel insurance. HOTEL LEONE will not be responsible for any losses relating to travel or accommodation arrangements not booked directly through us.
